Reference process
●Printing: Squeegee times 2-4 knives, the paste does not need to be collected too dry. The screens are about 5 stations apart.
Overheating: After printing, overheating should be done in a semi-dry and wet state for the best effect. (If the printing surface is too thin, the edges of the press will bleed easily; if it is too dry, the effect of pulling the print will not be good.

Large machine: 180℃, 1-2 minutes. Press: 160-170 ℃ 15-20 seconds, (press color is more ideal)
Wash: After overheating, the pulling print should be washed or washed in time (long time will affect the quality of the cloth), and then dried.
Precautions
1, the paste to join the pull printing powder mixing evenly to use as soon as possible to use up, otherwise the pull printing paste appeared unstable state;
2、After printing, it is necessary to overheat as soon as possible to avoid premature reduction reaction.
3, washing to improve the quality of the cloth in the absence of washing, should be avoided to continue to restore and to avoid the flower bit back to the moisture (such as steam ironing, weather, humidity, etc.) resulting in color staining phenomenon.

The preservation method of pulling printing powder:

2, can not be placed in a humid place, the plucking powder moisture will affect the plucking effect, to avoid loss due to incorrect use must be stored in strict accordance with the correct method.
