2. Application
1. This product is mainly used for three-dimensional thick printing of cotton cloth such as toys, clothing, webbing, etc., feel super soft, thickening super fast, flat surface without depression, good printing performance.
2. This product generally uses 80 mesh 120 mesh screen;
3. This product is not easy to plug the net. If it is too thick, an appropriate amount of water slurry can be added to dilute it evenly.
4. In order to ensure the printing effect, it is generally necessary to print 4-6 times according to different thickness;
5. This product is easy to operate. After the first printing, it needs to be completely dried before the second printing;
6. After 72 hours of natural air drying, overtemperature 130-140℃/ 15-30 seconds, try to overwarm the fabric;
7. In order to improve fastness, 1% crosslinking agent can be added.
