1. Appearance: 8337A is  white paste, 8337C is white paste;

 

2. Ingredients: PU resin, titanium dioxide, and additives;

 

3. Storage period: 6 months (normal temperature, sealed).

Application: apply

 

1. Applicable cloth: Swimsuit cloth, Lycra high elastic blended cloth, pull frame cotton cloth;

 

2. Suitable for web assisted printing: 80-120 mesh elliptical machine printing;

 

3. Mixing proportion: ① color matching of dark cloth 8337 80-90% 8337a 5-10% mld-888 2% color paste 5-8% direct printing

 

2-3 times; ② light cloth color matching: 8337 90-95% mld-888 2% color paste 5-8% direct printing 2-3 times; ③ low tension cloth, direct printing 2-3 times with 3355 plus 2% mld-888, high tension cloth with 8335 plus 2 mld-888 bottoming 1-2 times in the cover of 8337a white glue 2-3 times or 80-90% of 8337a plus 10-20% of 8337 direct printing 2-3 times;

 

4. After natural drying for 24-48 hours or drying at 60 ℃ - 80 ℃ for 45 minutes, the reverse side of the fabric shall be overheated at 130 ℃ for 1-2 minutes (the specific temperature can be adjusted appropriately according to the temperature resistance of the fabric);

 

5. Wash water: wash water at 60 ℃ for 90 minutes three times each time.
