Introduction of Works:

 

This series of glue is crosslinked acrylic resin copolymerization emulsion as the main type of environmental protection low-grade glue, suitable for all kinds of cotton T/C fabrics knitted fabrics white or color hand-made high-quality pattern printing.

 

1, main ingredients: acrylic resin, titanium dioxide and auxiliaries, etc.

 

2, appearance :3300A is white paste, 3300C is light yellow paste

 

3, viscosity :95000~110000cps.

 

4, PH value :6.5-7.5

 

Step 1: Performance

 

Good covering, strong fastness and elasticity, soft feel, quick drying, non-stick, not plug the net, suitable for dark white cloth and light color printing.

 

Step 2 Apply

 

1, can be washed at 40℃ for 4 hours without falling off, no cracking, no anti stick, reasonable price, cost-effective, suitable for low and middle grade product printing.

 

2, process flow: printing - natural drying - over the dry road 130℃ for 3 minutes - completely dry can be washed at 40℃ for 4 hours without falling off.

 

3, environmental protection: belongs to environmental protection glue;

 

4, reference ratio: white glue 20%-30%, transparent 70%-80%;  Color 5%;

 

Special attention is paid to:

 

1.  Ensure that the printing part is completely dry before the washing test, otherwise the test effect will be affected.

 

2.  Natural drying time is related to temperature and air humidity.

 

3, room temperature sealed storage, warehouse should be cool, dry, ventilated;

 

4, after use again firm, to prevent skin
