1.  Applicable fabric: high tensile cotton, knitted cotton, hoodie

 

2.  Applicable printing method: manual printing or elliptical machine printing

 

3, plate requirements: It is generally recommended to use 80-120 mesh mesh, while pulling 45 degrees oblique mesh: tension between 15-20 cattle.  The distance between the two sides of the pattern and the inner frame is 8-10CM, and the distance between the upper and lower sides is 10-15CM.  It is generally recommended to make it into an ordinary plate.

 

4.  Operation requirements: Screw screws around the mesh frame respectively to pad 0.5-0.8CM high;  Print 6-8 times with 3500, printing after each table dries.  If you need to improve fastness, use with 0.5-1% catalyst or crosslinker (N-305).  Surface color cover surface, generally add 5-10%3500.  The ratio of 3500 can be adjusted according to the depth of color: the ratio of color paste is controlled within 8%.  Cover white directly with 3500A cover 2-3 times.

 

5.  Wash water;  Dry naturally for 48-72 hours, then bake at 130℃ for 15-30 seconds, wash water at 60℃ for 90 minutes each time, 3 times.
