This product is environmentally friendly water-based ink, does not contain APEO/NPEO, NMP and other compounds, has the characteristics of good fastness, fastness, smooth surface, excellent printing performance, suitable for umbrella cloth, waterproof nylon cloth, windbreaker cloth, advanced feather dragon suit fabric, etc. The product is mainly aimed at inelastic woven fabrics.

Scope of application: manual plate printing, flat screen, circular screen machine printing.

 

Recommended use: 120 to 200 mesh mesh;

 

This product is not easy to plug the net, and it can be printed directly. It is suggested that 3%-4888 should be used as the additive (if it is transferred to printing pulp, 3%-N-305 should have the same fastness effect);

 

After printing, it will be dried for 24 hours. If baking is needed, the best effect can be achieved by baking at 135 to 140 degrees for 3-5 minutes. The specific adjustment should be made according to the actual fabric. After 48 hours of natural drying after printing, there is no need to overheat;
