1. screen printing

The mesh distance is determined by the height of the glue printed on the previous screen. Adjust the mesh distance according to the surface thickness of the glue. When drying the screen, the screen should also reach a certain tension, so as to achieve satisfactory results.
3. temperature
In the flash drying position, do not dry too much, with the glue surface is not sticky. Excessive drying may lead to separation between the offset printing layer and the printing layer. In large furnace for thermosetting, the effect of thick plate is generally longer than that of ordinary printing. Generally, the plasticization requirements can be reached at 130 ℃ - 140 ℃.
However, in actual operation, the equipment used by each printing worker is different, which should be determined according to their own actual situation. Carry out small sample test before production to produce large goods.
