The principle of foaming hot stamping: the main printer for foaming hot stamping consists of thermoplastic resin, foaming hot stamping agent additive and colorant. After fabric hot stamping, after drying and baking, the foaming hot stamping agent is decomposed by heat, and the gas is released to make the printing paste expand. At the same time, the colouring agent is fixed on the fabric to obtain the colorful pattern.
 
Pattern requirements of foaming hot stamping
 
1. Foam hot stamping can be designed on printed fabrics or on clothing pieces, generally printing together with other flat patterns. Draw a solid outline on the general flat pattern, or use the foaming hot stamping on the key raised parts of the flat pattern to give people the effect of relief.
 
2. On the printed fabric, the pattern of foaming and hot stamping should be mainly scattered and small, giving people the feeling of embroidery. The area is too large to affect the hand feel, and the effect of foaming hot stamping is not ideal. The luster should not be too deep, white or medium light color is appropriate.
 
3. In the clothing piece, the space of the foam hot stamping design can be larger. It is not limited by area size and light source. Sometimes all the patterns on the film are foam hot stamping, the three-dimensional effect is very significant, such as cartoon patterns on children's shirts, advertising trademarks, etc.
 
4. In the process of multi color co printing, foaming hot stamping should be arranged in the last color to avoid affecting the effect of foaming hot stamping, and cold platen should be used to prevent printing paste wall screen.
 
 
Key points of foaming hot stamping technique
 
1. Thorough air drying or drying: (the drying shall be over 100 ℃). At this time, the drying only plays a drying role. If the drying is not thorough, it will cause the phenomenon of false drying on the surface, which will lead to the phenomenon of hair failure or low hair height and hard hand feel. So if it is continuous production, good interval foaming, fully dry through the best effect.
 
2. Strictly control the baking temperature: foaming hot stamping temperature is generally 120 degrees for a few seconds. The foaming time is very short, the general principle is that the temperature is low, the time is long; the temperature is high, the time is short, once the hair is started, it is necessary to keep away from the heat source. If you insist on inheriting the foaming, the hair will be flat and concave. The simple way to repair the foaming hot stamping is that the deep color of the flower position is that the insufficient foaming should be inherited. If it is flat after the hair, it is confirmed that it is too hot to make up.
 
3. Can't send dark color: especially black, Zhi leather, dark brown and other colors, because too much paint will make the foaming scald hair! Therefore, foam hot stamping products are only suitable for light and medium colors. However, the above objectives can be achieved through the secondary process: first printing and distributing the foam pulp, then printing the paint black, Zhiqing and dark brown pulp after drying, and then printing the foam hot stamping after drying, or printing gold and silver on the foam pulp after drying, which has the effect of icing on the cake!
 
4. Special person operation: average force: it's better to cover the fabric surface with foaming paste evenly. Small force will not print through, too much force will cause back blistering.
 
5. Put on the last version: strict hot stamping of the paste and hang up when the paste phenomenon, these will cause the previous achievements.
 
6. Mesh selection: 80-120 mesh nylon mesh. 80 meshes can be used for larger graphic area and 120 meshes for finer graphic area.
 
7. Dilution and dilution: if the paste of foaming and hot stamping is too thick, it is easy to block the net or does not require too large height, it can be diluted with soft water, distilled water, or adhesive. The detailed process premise depends on the customer's business.
 
8. Chemical fiber foaming hot stamping: for pure cotton and cotton blended plain fabric foaming hot stamping paste is the most appropriate. If pure chemical fiber foaming hot stamping: pay attention to baking temperature appropriate low, slightly long time. Be careful not to add water to dilute it and adjust it with adhesive and thickener.
