6020C/A nylon high density hand-printing Ink(clear/white)

 

1.Appearance: 6020C appears to be slightly yellow ,6020A is pure white;

 

2. Formula: mixture of  imported PU resin and auxiliaries;

 

3. Viscosity: 145000 ~ 155000 cps;

 

4. Ionic: nonion;

 

5. Storage period: 6 months (sealed hermetically in ordinary temperature).

 

 

 

1. This product is mainly used for 3D high density printing of woven fabric, sports wear, nylon, ployester fiber, etc. bearing the features of good thickness,soft hand feeling, no after-tack, good 3D feeling,good fastness, etc.

 

2. This product needs to add 1% - 2% of the auxiliary to use at the same time

 

3. This product generally uses 80/120 mesh screen according to the different patterns;it is important that the screen must be tighten;

 

4. The product will not occur screen blockage.add some appropriate amount of water ink to make it thinner if it is too thick;

 

5. In order to ensure the printing effect, it is generally required to print 6-8 times according to different thickness;

 

6. This product is easy to operate. It is generally recommended to directly use flat screen (ordinary screen) without making thick plate. When printing with thick plate screen, let it dry thoughtly before the second time of printing;

 

7. go through curing for 8-15 seconds at 100-145℃ 48 hours after natural drying,try to turn the reverse side of the fabric upward  for curing (the specific temperature shall be adjusted according to the heat resistance of the fabric).
