1, this product is mainly used for woven fabric, sportswear, nylon cloth, taenlon cloth and other three-dimensional thick version printing, with good fastness, good thickness, soft hand, non-reverse viscosity, strong three-dimensional sense and so on. 

2, This product should be used with 1%-2% additives. 

3, this product generally uses 80 Mesh 120 mesh screen, according to the pattern of the different screen must be tight, this point is very critical; 

4, this product is not easy to plug the screen, too thick can add the right amount of water slurry mixing uniform dilution; 

5,In order to ensure the printing effect, it is generally required to print 6 times according to the thickness of the screen as many as 8 times; 

6, this product is easy to operate, it is generally recommended to use plain screen directly, do not need to make a thick version; After the first printing to dry out after the second printing; 

7, in the natural air-dry 48 hours, and then about 100 degrees / 8-15 seconds, over-temperature when the fabric over the reverse side (specific temperature according to the fabric temperature and make appropriate adjustments) .
