1.   Appearance: 6091C is yellowish paste, 6091A is white paste;

 

2.  ingredients: imported PU, titanium dioxide, and additives;

 

3.  storage period: 8 months (room temperature, sealed).

1. good printability, suitable for webbing machine printing, glossy surface;

 

2.  high fastness, high tension, high rebound;

 

3. high cover, good thickness.

 

Apply

 

1.  applicable fabric: elastic elastic belt, nylon swimsuit fabric and other high elastic fabric;

 

2.  Applicable printing methods: manual/running-machine/automatic webbing machine printing;

 

3.  platemaking requirements: It is generally recommended to use 100-135 mesh screen at the same time pull 45 degrees oblique net;  Tension between 15 and 20 newtons;

 

4.  operation requirements: 6091C plus 1.5%N-305 color printing, or 6091A white plus 1.5%N-305 direct printing;

 

5.  After printing, dry at a low temperature of 60℃-80℃, and then dry through at a temperature of 135℃ -140℃ (the specific temperature can be adjusted according to the temperature resistance of the fabric);
