H-105Fk-AK low-temperature resistant HD printing ink for hand printing

It solves the problems of the thick plate printing pile being not thick, the angle being not straight, the frost-proof and the printing times being too many.

APPEARANCE: H-105 FK is slightly yellowish, h-105 AK is pure white.

1. This product is mainly used for high-grade Nylon cloth, milk silk, swimsuit cloth, sportswear, polyester cloth, knitted cotton cloth, cotton spandex fabric and other three-dimensional thick printing, with a good thickness, soft hand, not anti-stick, strong three-dimensional sense and easy color adjustment. 

This product generally uses 80 Mesh 120 mesh screen, according to the pattern of different screen must be taut, this is very critical. 

This product is not easy to plug the net, thickening can be added to the appropriate amount of water slurry evenly diluted. 

To ensure the printing effect, it is usually printed 5 ~ 8 times according to the thickness. 

 

5. This product is easy to operate, it is generally recommended to use flat screen directly, no need to make thick screen printing, in the use of thick screen printing, after the first printing to dry again for the second printing. 

After air-drying for 72 hours, pass the temperature 150 °C / 15-30 seconds, try to pass the fabric on the opposite side. 

For improved fastness, 1% catalyst or cross-linking agent can be added. Suitable for: handprint, Oval Printing Machine Printing, printing machine printing, etc.
