H-105FE/AE HD printing ink for high gloss clothing fabrics

Appearance: H-105FE is slightly yellow, H-105AE is pure white; 

1, formula: Made of Environmental Protection Eva Elastic Resin and additives mixed; 

2, viscosity: 135000 ~ 145000 CPS; 

3, ionic: non-ionic; 

4, Storage Period: One year (normal temperature, sealed) . 

 

The product is mainly used in thick three-dimensional printing of handbags, toys, garments, webbing, etc. . 

 

It has the advantages of good thickness, soft hand feeling, non-stick, strong three-dimensional feeling and easy color adjustment, according to the pattern of the different screen must be taut, this point is very critical; 

 

3, this product is not easy to plug the screen, over-thickening can be added to the right amount of water slurry to stir evenly dilute; 

 

4, in order to ensure the printing effect, generally, it is necessary to print 5 ~ 8 times according to different thickness. 

 

5, this product is easy to operate, it is recommended to use flat screen screen directly, no need to make thick screen, after the first printing, the fabric should be dried out before the second printing. 

 

6. After 48 hours of natural air-drying, the temperature should be 150 °c / 8-15 seconds, and the fabric should be over the reverse side as far as possible. 

 

7, when in use, 1% catalyst or cross-linking agent can be added.
