1. Composition of silica gel paste
Main components: Silicone paste is mainly composed of Silicone Resin, Plasticizers, Fillers.
2、Physical Properties
Elasticity: Silicone printing has excellent elasticity and is suitable for fabrics that require stretch and fit, such as sportswear.

Tensile strength: the common tensile strength is 4-10 MPa, which determines the abrasion resistance of silicone printing.
3. Curing conditions
Curing temperature: The curing temperature of silicone printing is usually 150°C - 180°C, and the curing time is usually 5-10 minutes. Low temperature silicone can sometimes be cured at 120°C, but the curing time is longer.

Curing method: Heat curing method is generally used, i.e. heat is used to make the cross-linking agent in the silica gel paste act to form a stable structure.
4. Feel and appearance
Feel: Silicone printing feel is usually soft, smooth, some products can also realize the “rubber feel” or “silk feel”. By adjusting the hardness, plasticizer content, etc., can be customized to different feel effects.

Appearance effect: Silicone printing can create special visual effects, including glossy, three-dimensional, soft colors, etc. It is often used in high-grade fashion fabrics, special effects printing.

5. Durability
Durability: Silicone printing usually has excellent washing resistance, can withstand repeated washing without peeling, fading or cracking, suitable for frequent washing of clothing. Abrasion resistance: Silicone printing can create special visual effects, including glossy, three-dimensional and soft colors.

Abrasion resistance: Silicone printing has good abrasion resistance, especially suitable for sportswear, shoe uppers and other products susceptible to friction.
