Most of the products in the market belong to acrylate type products. There are two types of cover printing paste: cover printing paste and transparent paste. Cover printing paste is divided into white cover printing paste and color cover printing paste. There are three types of cover printing paste: high elastic strength, medium and low elastic strength. They are composed of adhesive, thickener and titanium white powder. Transparent paste adhesive is the same as white glue. (1) The composition of the adhesive can be divided into two categories: one is acrylate copolymer, the other is polyurethane.
Acrylate adhesive has strong adhesion, good fastness and wide application; polyurethane adhesive has good elasticity and excellent hand feel. According to the actual use requirements, the two kinds of adhesives can be mixed to achieve a balance between hand feel, elasticity and firmness. Generally speaking, white glue paste and color printing paste are used for dyed fabrics, and transparent paste is used for white fabrics.
