Introduction
This series of mucilages is an environmentally friendly medium and low grade mortar made of contact acrylic copolymer emulsion. It is suitable for all kinds of cotton T/C knitted fabric with white or colored manual high quality pattern printing.
1. Main ingredients: acrylic resin, titanium dioxide and additives.
2. Appearance: 2300 is white paste, 2300C is light yellow paste
3. Viscosity: 95000 ~ 110000cps
4. PH value: 6.5-7.5
1、 Performance:
Good covering, strong fastness and elasticity, soft handle, quick drying, no anti sticking, no blocking, suitable for dark cloth with white background and light color printing.
2、 Application: apply
1. It can be washed at 60 ℃ for 4 hours without falling off, cracking, anti sticking, reasonable price, high cost performance, suitable for printing of medium and low-grade products.
2. Process flow: Printing - natural drying - drying at 130 ℃ for 3 minutes - fully dry and then wash for 4 hours at 60 ℃.
3. Environmental protection: it belongs to environmental protection glue;
4. Reference ratio: white glue 20% - 30%, transparent 70% - 80%; color 5%;
Special tips:
1. Make sure the printing area is completely dry before washing test, otherwise the test effect will be affected.
2. The natural drying time is related to air temperature and humidity.
3. Closed storage at room temperature, cool, dry and ventilated in the warehouse;
4. After use, it shall be firm again to prevent skinning
