2400-c machine printed elastic printing ink

Introduction 
This series of glue is made of acrylic resin copolymer emulsion as the main body, environment-friendly and high-grade printing paste. It is suitable for all kinds of cotton T/C knitted fabric with white or color mechanical high quality printing.
 
1. Main ingredients: acrylic resin, titanium dioxide and additives.
 
2. Appearance: 2400 is white paste, 2400C is light yellow paste
 
3. Viscosity: 95000 ~ 110000cps
 
4. PH value: 6.5-7.5

Good over net performance, good fastness, covering power and elasticity, soft hand feeling, no anti adhesion;
 
 
2、 Application: apply
 
1. It can be washed at 60 ℃ for 4 hours without falling off, cracking, anti sticking, reasonable price, high cost performance, suitable for printing of middle and high grade products.
 
2. Process flow: Printing - natural drying - over drying 140 ℃ for 10 minutes - after fully drying, it can pass 60 ℃ washing water for 4 hours.
 
3. Environmental protection: it belongs to environmental protection glue;
 
4. Reference ratio: white glue 20% - 30%, transparent 70% - 80%; color 5%;
 
5. Applicable models: elliptical machine, flat net machine and round net machine;
 
 
Special tips:
 
1. As the product is relatively slow to dry, it needs to be dried at high temperature to ensure that the printing part is completely dry before washing test, otherwise the test effect will be affected.
 
2. The natural drying time is related to air temperature and humidity.
 
3. Closed storage at room temperature, cool, dry and ventilated in the warehouse;
 
4. After use, it shall be firm again to prevent skinning
