Apply
 
1. Applicable fabrics: swimsuit cloth, Lycra high elastic blended fabric, drawstring cotton;
 
2, suitable for screen printing: 80 mesh - 120 mesh elliptical machine printing;
 
3, mixing ratio: ① dark cloth color mixing 8335 80-90%, 8335A 5-10%, MLD-888 2%, color paste 5-8% direct printing 2-3 times; ② Light cloth color mixing: 8335 90-95%, MLD-882%, color paste 5-8% direct printing 2-3 times; ③ Low tension cloth, directly with 3355 and 2%MLD-888 printing 2-3 times, high tension cloth with 8335 and 2%MLD-888 primer 1-2 times and cover 8335A white glue 2-3 times, or 80-90% 8335A and 10-20% 8335 direct printing 2-3 times;
 
4, after printing, natural drying for 24-48 hours, or low temperature 60℃-80℃ drying for 45 minutes, and then overtemperature the back of the fabric 130℃1-2 minutes (the specific temperature can be adjusted according to the temperature resistance of the fabric);
 
5, wash water: 60℃ for 90 minutes each time, wash 3 times.
