1, this product is mainly used for shoes, mesh, canvas shoes and other three-dimensional shoes thick plate printing, bending resistance of about 80,000 times, with water washing resistance, good adhesion, anti-freeze, good printability, do not block the plate, do not plug the plate, dry fast, can be used for mesh large mesh printing. Thickness fast, excellent filling and other advantages.
2, this product needs to be added to the matching additives 1% -2% used at the same time.
3, the product is generally used 80 mesh 120 mesh screen, according to the different patterns of the screen must be taut, this is quite critical;
4, the product is not easy to plug the net, too thick when you can add the right amount of water slurry mix evenly for dilution;
5, in order to ensure that the printing effect, generally according to the thickness of different need to print 5-10 times;
6, the product is easy to operate, it is generally recommended to directly use the flat screen (ordinary screen), do not need to make a thick version; in the use of thick version of the screen printing, printing after the first time need to wait until dry before the second printing;
7, in the natural air-drying 48 hours, and then over-temperature of about 100 degrees / 8-15 seconds, over-temperature as far as possible over the reverse side of the fabric (the specific temperature should be based on the temperature resistance of the fabric and make appropriate adjustments).
