Appearance: pu004 is slightly micro yellow, pu004a is pure white
 
Features: flat surface, quick thickness, tensile force, good resilience, easy to operate, dry surface without back sticking. It is recommended to overheat the reverse side after printing.

2、 Application: apply
 
1. This product is mainly used for three-dimensional thick plate printing of high-grade nylon cloth, milk silk, swimsuit cloth, sportswear, polyester cloth, knitted cotton cloth, cotton spandex fabric and so on. It has the advantages of good thickness, soft hand feeling, no anti sticking, strong three-dimensional feeling and easy color matching.
 
2. This product generally uses 80 mesh 120 mesh screen, according to the different patterns of the screen must be tight, this is quite key;
 
3. The product is not easy to plug the net. When it is too thick, it can be evenly diluted by adding a proper amount of water slurry;
 
4. In order to ensure the printing effect, it is generally required to print 5-8 times according to different thickness;
 
5. This product is easy to operate. It is generally recommended to directly use flat screen (ordinary screen) without making thick plate. When printing with thick plate screen, the second printing shall be carried out after the first printing is completely dry;
 
6. After natural air drying for 72 hours, over temperature 150 ℃ / 15-30 seconds, over temperature the fabric as far as possible;
 
7. In order to improve the fastness, 1% catalyst or cross-linking agent can be added.
 
8. Suitable for: hand printing, elliptical printing machine printing, Runtai printing machine printing, etc.
