Character
1. This product is an environment-friendly water-based rope end soaking slurry, which is mainly used in a variety of occasions: shoelace rope, trouser belt rope, belt rope, sweater rope, packaging rope and so on.
2. Purpose: It is used for soaking rope ends of various materials to form a glue wrap at the rope ends, so that the lines at the edge of the rope ends are not easy to split and protect the rope ends.
3. There is no waste of slurry during production, good leveling, soft feel, no stickback, natural drying, oven baking and air drying, quick gluing, easy forming, color matching and no delamination
Apply
1. Put the prepared rope head into the rope head soaking slurry, and then take it out to dry
2. The rope end is soaked with color paste for color mixing, and the second soaking
3. After drying, soak the matt paste or smooth paste on the surface, and add 1% catalyst or crosslinking agent (N-305)
