Introduction: lntroduction
This product is made of imported resin and additives. It is developed for the poor printing fastness of ordinary mortar to smooth fabric. It is a two-component product.
Performance characteristics
1. Appearance: y-335 is white paste, y-335c is milky white paste;
2. Viscosity: 50000 ~ 60000cps;
3. PH value: 7.2-8.0;
4. Storage period: 6 months (normal temperature, sealed);
Operating instructions: use parameters
1. Not easy to plug and operate;
2. Soft hand feel, good compatibility;
3. When printing, it is suggested to add 1% n-305 efficient crosslinker or 1.5% - 2% mld-888 additive to improve the fastness;
4. For fabrics with high elasticity or high fastness, 1-2% special additives are added to the y-335 / C slurry. The y-335c transparent slurry is used for backing printing for 1-2 times, followed by y-335 white glue + 2-3 to form y-335c cover). After natural drying, the fabric is dried for 2-3 minutes at 130 ℃;
5. After 48 hours of complete drying, it can wash water at 60 ℃ for more than 90 minutes for more than 3 times;
Warm reminder: please use up within 4 hours after adding additives, so as not to affect the size crosslinking effect.
