2. If the filler is not enough, 3-6% of the solid powder can be added by using the solid powder (meteorological silica / glass powder), and then the viscosity can be observed. If it is not enough, some Pu thickener can be added to thicken it again, while the glass powder can be added to thicken it up to 10%, which has little effect on the mechanical energy (bending resistance). In a certain amount of cases, bending resistance will be improved. If the powder is thickened, wetting agent and dispersant must be added, otherwise it will collapse easily. In addition, the powder can be wetted and dispersed in advance, and then added;
3. Adding plasticizer (2% is recommended) can improve the film forming speed.
