How to solve the problem of foaming pulp hair failure?

 

The main reasons for the failure of foaming slurry:

 

1. The influence of water temperature, 2. Viscosity, 3. The stability of adhesive and foaming agent, 4. The antifoaming effect of oily substances, 5. The antifoaming effect of some additives. Misoperation of some products may lead to failure of foaming pulp.

 

Based on the feedback from customers, many years of experience engineers have come to the conclusion that the foaming slurry can't rise due to some minor operational errors. The engineers have made the following solutions:

 

Engineer's suggestion: during printing operation, 30% - 40% foaming slurry + 60% - 70% printing glue should be used to evenly mix and print 2-3 times. Be sure to dry it thoroughly and bake it for 3 minutes at 140-150 ℃ or press it for 10-15 seconds at 130-150 ℃. In this way, it can be used for foaming printing of cotton and cotton blended fabrics.

 

If high foaming effect is required, high strength foaming slurry can be selected, and medium foaming effect can be selected.

 

After purchasing the foam paste for printing materials, the foam paste can not be used. No matter the sample or the bulk product, first contact the manufacturer to find out the cause of the problem, and then solve it to avoid large losses.
