I. Introduction:

1, Appearance: H-111 is medium foam, slightly yellow, H-112 is high foam, slightly yellow.
Viscosity: 70,000~90,000CPS.

Three, operation instructions:
①This product is suitable for printing on circular mesh machine, flat mesh machine, elliptical machine, desktop printing machine and manual desktop printing.
② Screen: 100 mesh to 200 mesh screen, squeegee: water-based squeegee.
③Printing: mainly according to the number of times of printing and foam height to adjust the proportion of foam pulp and elastic paste: H-111, H-112 are pure foam pulp, elastic paste for the carrier, according to the fabric tension, washing fastness, printing conditions (manual, machine printing) to choose the elastic paste to the actual sampling test as a standard. Printing times: 1 time (cloth) foaming pulp 80% + 20% elastic paste, 2-3 times (cut pieces): foaming pulp 30% + 70% elastic paste.
Four, notes:
①This product is pure foaming pulp, tensile strength and fastness need to rely on elastic pulp and additives.
② According to different foam printing is completed, foaming temperature: H-111 foaming temperature of 135 degrees 12 seconds, H-112 foaming temperature: 120 degrees 12 seconds.
③Washing standards: machine wash at room temperature for half an hour once, wash three times, no slurry, no color loss.
④ If you need to improve the fastness, you can add 0.5%-1% catalyst (MLD-777) in the printing process.
